Sausages and Sheldon

Oh today has been good. So lazy, but marvellous. Hague was up bright and early for his kickboxing, but I stayed in bed. Good thing about sleeping - it seemed like no time at all before Hague was back and Sunday could begin. In a strange turn of events I didn't fancy a cooked breakfast and went with some toasted couscous, fruit, yogurt and muesli, the first meal of what has been a many meal day.

Breakfast was accompanied by more of the Big Bang Theory, until we realised that we were on the last disc of the first series. A scary thought, as we only bought the first series, hedging our bets there about liking it, silly fools that we were. The decision was made to head out to CEX to get ourselves several more seasons worth to keep us occupied for a wee while...

With trading in the first series, and a few other bits and bobs we got this little lot for just over £15, not too shabby as it'll keep us occupied for a fair old while, although I did have a bit of a blonde moment, telling Hague that we'd better hurry up and watch all of the first series if we were trading it in for the box set....that'll be the box set of series 1-6....Doh!

With our excursion into town done and dusted, we got back indoors, back into comfies and the rest of the day settled into an enjoyable mix of food and comedy.

I have been SO hungry today. I've literally done nothing except fall completely in love with Sheldon and eat today, oh, I listed a few bits on Ebay, and have put the feelers out for a Purple Bus meet up in the Summer, but that's it for productivity since we got back indoors. Pretty damn near perfect Sunday methinks!

Right now we're still watching BBT, but soon we'll head upstairs, where I will have myself a nice soak, with a hot chocolate before enjoying a big old sleep before another week of nights tomorrow. Not too shabby. It has been a fabulous weekend, there is nothing I like more than just whiling away my time with the ever wonderful Hague, especially if it involves chuckling away almost constantly at a newly discovered (by us, I appreciate we're WAY behind the rest of the world here....) comedy!

Thank goodness for free food eh? This weekend really has flown by though, it's always the way though isn't it? Quite a lot to look forward to now though, as plans are afoot for weekends in London, meet ups in Yarmouth and even weddings - the memory jar is also filling up nicely. 2014, you're shaping up okay!
