Hit By The Lazies

A quick catch up tonight as time is running out before yet another night at work and I need to catch you up on Wednesday and Thursday before I head out!

Wednesday was a 12 hour shift, and so pretty much nothing happened apart from me getting up, being tired and working. Such fun!

Lovely dinner of sausage and mash with veggies, although I didn't manage to eat it all! Rarity for me there, but then it was work.

Veggie chilli under that pile of cheese, along with some synnage in the shape of crisps and a yogurt, I've not had a Danio for ages, they're so good and worth the 3 syns.

Second work meal was ryvitas and a salad, bit lighter as it was 2am!

Finally I was done, and headed home and went straight to bed, which may have been slightly foolish as I was rather achey, something I'm putting down to my run. So I'm now considering going back to C25K to build myself back up.

Okay, so that was Wednesday, I typed that up then decided to go for a nap rather than finishing it rather than bore you with about a zillion pictures of food that I've eaten over 3 days, here are the extended highlights of Thursday to Saturday :o)

One of my favourites, mac n cheese.

Very odd bath snackage of Quorn chicken slices, beetroot and cottage cheese - plus one of our leftover candy canes.

Rather yummy gnocchi, with spinach, leeks, mushrooms and topped with Feta, the tinned tomatoes are cherry ones due to a minor online shopping error by Hague. Lovely they were too!

Saturday brekkie of fruit, muesli and yogurt, topped with Agave nectar.

Very lazy dinner of veggie pasta with soft cheese stirred in. I was so tired yesterday that it was supposed to be lazy all the way, I had planned on spending all day like this...

The cats would have been happy with that - but I had itchy feet, and I'll be honest, I wanted to "play" with my new boots, and so out to town I went, mainly to pick up a new Argos book. Which I forgot.

Thing this photo also shows where the 3st I still need to lose is sitting eh? Lol! Anyway, I got home, ate my pasta and pretty much went to bed. I was just so damn tired!

It's not been the best few days, my sleep has been awful, and now Hague is in Barnsley so I'm feeling a bit meh. I was on plan though, and I think walking in my new boots is definitely good Body Magic!

More bloggage coming later...
