Monday once more, the day that seems to come around quicker than any other! Today wasn't quite so bad though, it's a week of late shifts - 2-10pm, which I can cope with, and as Hague is working 3-9pm in Norwich it means that I can take him in and bring him home which gives us a bit more time together :) In fact we were enjoying our time together so much this morning that we didn't get our butts out of bed until a tad too late and so we had a bit of a rush around this morning, hence breakfast being something I could bung in the oven and forget!
LM sausages, wedges, eggs and tomatoes - after which I had to jump straight in the shower and then hurry along Hague to make sure I got to work on time!! I managed it, with 5 whole minutes to spare! Luckily, I'd put together my lunch whilst my breakfast was cooking, so I did have food with me for work!
However, I forgot to take a picture of my first break snack - which was a banana and some water. I'm sure I actually did take a picture, but it was nowhere to be found on my phone, still, you know what bananas look like I'm sure ;)
Lunch did manage to make it's photographic debut...
The leftover curry from yesterday, with a pitta bread, Alpen Light bar, Shape yogurt and some more water. I think I managed to put away 2 litres whilst I was at work, not bad going really! The curry was really nice, and the pitta bread did the job of a naan to soak up the curry.
Last break was just water, as I was still rather full from my lunch, but by the time work finished I was hungry again, at least I had Hague's company to distract me on the drive home - such a pleasant way to end the working day :)
When we got home, I really couldn't be bothered to do anything too fussy, and so that good old standby came to the rescue. Pasta.
Today's was a hefty portion of broccoli, cauliflower and spinach mixed in with the pasta and a tub of LowLow. Ready in no time, and good and filling. I wanted something sweet afterwards though and so treated myself to some pineapple and a hot chocolate.

Another low syn day as I try to reduce the damage of the weekend. I'll be weighing in on Wednesday this week due to my shifts, so it's technically an extra day. Despite the weekend I'm hoping to have a loss, but only time shall tell....I'm going to finish my hot chocolate and head to bed, whilst hoping and praying that my laptop isn't completely dead :( It's not looking good that's for sure :(
