I didn't need an alarm clock this morning. Little Miss Flumpy made it perfectly clear that 5 hours sleep is more than enough by stomping on my head, my face, my arms and then trying to get under the duvet to do a bit more stomping - I say stomping, she's a tiny wee thing, but her claws need a trim, so it was definitely a wake up call :(

As I was up, I did the few jobs that I had to do, washing some clothes for work, and unloading and re-loading the dishwasher. After last night I was feeling a bit miserable. Too many vodka's and guesstimation on syns and Healthy Extra's really is sloppy of me and a chat with my Consultant made me realise that I'm doing myself no favours by slipping off plan as regularly as I have been, whether I'm calling it a flexi day, or an off plan day! So I was feeling poo anyway, add into that the fact that Hague is still away, and it hasn't stopped raining all bloody day and you can see why I felt so down.

Regardless of mood, I still had to eat and so I did one of my favourites for brunch, - anything to lift the grumps.

Best way to start a Sunday that's for sure. I do like the Linda McCartney sausages, but I think Quorn ones are better for a breakfast - but I have none! Served up with eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach it filled a hole anyway :)

I then settled down to watch Oliver! on the telly, but fatigue got the better of me and I headed upstairs for a nap, much needed, and without Flumpy! I was hoping it would help with my mood too, but no such luck! When I got out of bed, a couple of chats helped to lift me....talking to Hague always cheers me up regardless, and also talking to one of my lifelines, Sacha. Our Slimming World group is wonderful for support, and I have several ladies who I know I can rely on when I need a kick up the bum, an ear to whinge into or just a general chat to help get over a sticky day or a grumbly mood and Sacha did the perfect job today. So thank you my lovely xx

Dinner was a roast. I had thoroughly enjoyed having a Sunday roast last week, and as Quorn is still on offer in Asda I went for it again.

Just gorgeous. I do love a roast :) Quorn roast, with roast potatoes, courgettes, carrots and some broccoli cheese. I made some gravy up with a stock pot too so all syn free. Can't complain about that and as the day goes on, and I eat more nommy food, I can feel my mood getting a wee bit better. I was given some rather good advice on how to cheer myself up today anyway, and so I shall share it here.....

"Come on Darling, chin up. Sing Bubbles as loud as you can, get in the bath, Foo fighters turned up to 11, read a book! Happy days. All woes will be forgotten. Tomorrows another day. X"

I shall be taking Sean's wonderful advice once this blog is published - and I know that it will make me feel better. Damn I have good friends don't I?

Tea was rather late, and will be followed by a hot chocolate and a couple of Alpen Lights before bath, Foo's and book in bed (as recommended by Sean).
