Feeling Wary

Another day, another shift done, and as I sit here with a lovely cuppa it's time to once again share today with you all :)

Despite getting a pretty good sleep last night, I woke up tired (for a change) and really couldn't be bothered to do particularly fussy for breakfast. 


So the wedges and mushrooms were bunged in the oven, and then I cooked the eggs. Job done and it set me up nicely for work. 


Nice as breakfast was, I was hungry again when it came to my first break at work, so I polished off a banana, Alpen light and a cheeky little can of Tango :) 

Work today was a wee bit boring, I was working on my own and the machines were running well so I didn't have a huge amount to do - luckily I work near a computer so I managed to email Hague to keep myself sane! Dinner rolled around at about 6pm, and was courtesy of last night's dinner.


The taste of the stew was lovely - food always seems to taste lovely the next day, and I'm glad that I'm now using the slow cooker so much as the food is good and it makes tons! Served up with some french fries and a Shape yogurt it really filled me up, although it did make me want a nap, not good when I'm at work! I did manage to stay awake though, and just had an apple for my last break as I knew Hague was making me a big dinner for when I got in :)


Some pasta, topped with a veggie sauce of tomatoes, courgettes, mushrooms and onion and some of the Quorn meatballs, plus 50g of Feta cheese. I washed it all down with a large cuppa and my second Alpen light bar.

I'm FINALLY weighing in tomorrow! It's been 3 weeks now since I've made it to class and I'm desperate to get back. It's not my normal class as I'm working 2-10pm, and I normally go to a 5.30 class, but it IS the same place and same consultant. Now....I know you shouldn't weigh in at home, but my scales are not giving me good news. Despite being on plan since my weekend away (bar a couple of flexi days), my scales haven't moved :(  I'm disappointed, but until I'm weighed in officially it doesn't count, and I really do hope I've at least lost that 1/2lb I need for my 4 stone award! Fingers crossed for me please??
