Back To Bronze

Yet another day when my love affair with my duvet is brutally cut short by the evil b*tch that is my alarm clock. Some people say you get used to early starts, those people are stupid. Roll on the weekend, and a lovely lie in, followed by a week of nights. Much better!

Anyhow, I'm sure you're getting a bit bored with me ranting about my shifts, so I'll move onto my food....which isn't that exciting I'm afraid as my work food is once again the same as yesterday!

The Tango was only 2.5 syns, sometimes our work fridge is a bit lacking in cold drinks :) The apple and cereal bar combo always sets me up nicely during my first break, and as per usual it was followed up with my muesli and yogurt. I'll be honest, I'm getting a wee bit bored with my muesli every day, and so I'm going to try something a bit different for breakfast tomorrow :) 

Work today was a bit busier too, I made an effort to be a bit more active, and had a 20 minute walk (I say walk, I mean pulling a pallet truck backwards and forwards with pallets of cardboard). I'm calling that my Body Magic for today as I covered 0.8 miles in that 20 minutes, whilst pulling pallets! I've also decided that I shall be working towards my Bronze award again, as I've had no chance to exercise whilst I've been ill, so I didn't feel that working towards Silver would be right. 

Once home, I had my usual cuppa and Hague made me some dinner. The cupboards are getting very bare (we didn't go shopping last week) and so dinner was pasta, it's one thing we never run out of!

A quick mix of pasta, frozen spinach, tinned tomatoes, peas and my HeA of Feta. I was actually quite surprised at how nice it tasted for a pretty much thrown together dinner :) 

Once again I'm heading up to bed early, accompanied by a milky hot chocolate and my Kindle.I am SO exciting when I'm on earlies ;)

I really don't seem to be eating enough this week, but I'm just too tired to fit in 3 proper meals, I need my bed more than food! 

Reason #15
Vintage. I love vintage clothes, I love how beautiful they are, how they are just timeless and how they can be made to look fresh and exciting again. What I don't love is how I'm way too large to fit into any kind of vintage clothing. I can't wait until I can browse through some of the interesting and exciting vintage/retro shops in Norwich and treat myself to unique, original treasures :)
