Ooopsie!

Today started off so well. I had a lie in, and then had a wonderful low syn breakfast of eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and sausages.



There are sausages hiding under the tomatoes honest! Even after such a big breakfast I was still a bit hungry so had myself a banana too.

For some reason, myself and Hague had a drinky head on. We made the executive decision to treat ourselves to some alcohol. So out we popped to buy some vodka and beer. I know beer is bad, I know vodka is bad, but sometimes you just need a drink! 

To limit the food damage, I made sure that I had some low syn snacks ready for when I wanted them and I attempted some cream cheese popppers. Now, I LOVE cream cheese poppers, and can merrily eat a metric ton of the little buggers, but when we saw mini sweet peppers reduced yesterday it sparked a little bit of my inventiveness and I gave them a go today.


They were rather bloody handsome I must say! I used 75g of medium fat soft cheese, and 25g of wholemeal bread, so we're talking one HeA and 3 syns for what I'd consider a treat :)

Now, much as I'm being all good foodwise, I'm also having a bit of an indulge booze wise. I've had 2 pints of real ale and now I'm on the vodka. I know syns wise the damage is bad, but not over bad, but hey....I need to enjoy my life, and we fancied a bit of a drunken chuckle this evening :)

So.........the food was good, but the alcohol might have *just* pushed me over my syns for the day :)

Damn, life is for living right? I'll hit that 3 stone loss within the next few weeks, with or without the vodka :)
