So sleepy :(

Another night down, and the weekend looks closer from here! I woke up yesterday and really fancied a fry up, due to the wonderfulness of Slimming World that wasn't a problem and I thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful :)

Totally set me up for the day, mushrooms, quorn sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, potato wedges and eggs :). Afterwards I decided to have a little bit of fresh pineapple, one of my favourite treats - but not this time. I've never had a more disappointing pineapple, how can something that's normally so sweet and juicy taste of  absolutely nothing? Just a horrible taste, and to be honest, a bit of an omen for the rest of the day.

So showered, and with the taste of icky pineapple still in my mouth I headed off for work, fully armed with my lovely lunch :)

Once again utilising leftovers, this time the chilli, with a HeA of cheddar sprinkled in, a yogurt and some Fruit Shoots courtesy of the fridge at work :) I also had my Harvest Moon bars and an apple, the chilli really filled me up and I STILL have some more left for tonight lol!!

Work was a total pain in the bum, non-stop problems and I didn't stop for most of the night, bit of a shock after two relatively easy nights.

It was such a relief to finally get home. After having a bit of a struggle to sleep yesterday I decided to treat myself to a lovely, milky hot chocolate before bed, to try and ease me to sleep.

Mmm white chocolate Options (2 syns). It was delicious, and I didn't wake up starving like I normally do, but unfortunately it didn't work to rock me to sleep - I was still awake at 10am, and had to be dragged out of bed at 7pm, still feeling utterly shattered :( I'm still hopeful that this is my last night, but I won't know that until tomorrow.....everything crossed please???

And so onto another night at work, with me feeling very tired :( Roll on next week and a rather delicious week off, and the time to try out lots of new things :)


  1. I had a nasty pineapple too must be this time of year, its the only fruit I like that and strawberries. Your breakfast looked scrummy I find If I eat a slimming world breakfast most days I end up with a great weight loss each week.

    1. I have another one, am hoping that one isn't rank too :( I'm like you, I'm not overly fond of fruit!
      If I had the time I'd have a cooked brekkie every day!
