Feeling Lost

Strange isn't it how something becomes routine so quickly? I really feel odd for having missed my weigh in last night. I missed being at group, hearing how everyone had done, and picking up the new magazine. I missed having no weight loss to report to friends and family - and I missed that 90 minutes of time when I can indulge my Slimming World addiction and no-one minds! :)

As for my day, it started way too early once again, although at least today was only an 8 hour shift. Felt twice as long though O_o On the plus side, I got in plenty of body magic walking today!

Breakfast was once again my work staple, muesli and yogurt. I do really love the Dorset Cereals simply fruity muesli, it tastes delicious and you can have 40g of it too :)



Also in the work bag of munchies was a banana, an apple and a Harvest Moon bar. On a completely different note (sort of). I've seen a fabulous lunch box that I might need to treat myself to. It would be perfect to put all my little varied munchables in.


Isn't it wonderful? You can get them here, and I must admit I'm sorely tempted! 

Anyway, back to food! When I got in from work we popped to Tesco to pick up some BzzAgent freebies (more on those another day), and managed to get some reduced strawberries and some Quorn bits on offer too, so when we finally reached home at 4 I was starving! I grabbed myself something quick to tide me over until dinner, quorn burgers (microwaved) and then stuffed in a pitta with some tomatoes. 2 minute food. Marvellous :)


As tomorrow's shift is another delightful 12 hour shift, I'll be heading to bed early, and so dinner had to be early too. I've gone for the easy option though, a nice jacket spud, one of my faves :)


It'll be followed up with my reduced strawberries topped with some yogurt (and maybe a teaspoon of honey if syns allow).

My syns do seem to be creeping up at the mo, I think it's mostly due to me craving all sorts of things, and eating all sorts to compensate. I'm still within my 15 though, so hopefully when I do eventually get back to group I'll see the fruits of my labour!

It's a 12 hour shift again tomorrow, so I'm afraid it'll be a very brief blog (sorry!)
